Frank D. Nacci

Nacci Printing was founded as Envelopes Inc., in October 1974 in a garage in Alburtis PA., by Frank Nacci the current company President and CEO.

The 800 square foot garage was shared with another printer for approximately 2 years. During those early days, Frank's parents, who owned and operated a grocery store in Allentown, would solicit print work from their customers and vendors to help with the start up. To appeal to a wider group of clients Frank and his wife Carole changed the company name In September 1980 to Nacci Printing, Inc.

As business grew so did the need for more space, equipment and employees. Subsequent moves were made in 1976 to a 400 square foot store-front at 632 Turner Street, in 1978 to a 2,100 square foot store-front at 1123 Hamilton Street and to its present location in 1995 to a 10,000 square foot modern facility at 1327 North 18th Street in Allentown.

The constant growth, year after year of Nacci is a testament to its dedicated employees and company philosophy, in that unmatched customer service, quality products and on time delivery, is our top priority. The companies' resilience was tested six years ago when a freak fire devastated the building causing dense smoke throughout and destroying many major pieces of electronic and printing equipment. Our strong relationship with our clients and friends in the industry pulled us through with flying colors, never missing a deadline or losing a customer.

Nacci Printing is grateful to be celebrating its' 39th year serving the businesses of the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Through your choosing to keep your purchasing of print local, Nacci is able to provide a variety of local non-profits and other worthy organizations with needed sponsorships. Our largest sponsorship came our way just after completion of rebuilding after the fire. The Lehigh Valley IronPigs, an unknown to most at the time, was looking for a print partner. Here we were, building freshly painted, new servers, faster computers, the latest in technology all the way around and an attitude to get back to growing our business. The commitment was huge for the size of our company and there were many sleepless nights while considering the magnitude of this decision and guessing whether the folks in the Lehigh Valley would take to the new team with the strange name.

Not only did we partner with the IronPigs and designated the Official Printer, but we jumped to the Founding Partner level of sponsorship having brand recognition alongside seven other major Valley organizations. This association has proven to be very rewarding on a number of levels and we are so very proud to stand alongside the outstanding leadership and employees of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

Nacci Printing today, is a full service commercial printing company employing 35 fulltime professionals and operating three shifts 24 hours a day five days a week. Capabilities include professional graphic design, high speed digital and offset color printing, complete bindery, fulfillment and mailing services.

Our goal is to be sure that we do all we can for as many as we can, with the result being friendship and a valued business relationship that can confidently move forward and build on every opportunity that we create for one another both in business and in life.

Frank is active in many local organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of St Lukes Hospital Allentown Campus, Board of Directors of Lehigh Valley IronPigs Charities, and the Board of Directors of the Graphics Arts Association. He also served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 26 years retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and is very active in our local military community.

We are very proud to be the recipient of "The Chamber Partner Award".
